Message from Ed Barber, Owner

    Welcome to the website of Barber Pool Construction!  I'm Ed Barber, the company's founding owner and operator since 1978.  I've been building quality gunite and vinyl liner in-ground pools and spas for more than twenty-five years.  Prior to starting my own pool construction company, I spent over 10 years in the concrete industry building bridges, dams, and other major structures.  I put my many years of concrete work and pool building experience to use in constructing every pool and spa that I build.  Unlike many other pool contractors, I run each and every installation which means that the owner of the company is installing your pool, not a bunch of inexperienced laborers. 

    Pool building is both an art and a science.  A custom pool or spa design must not only be aesthetically pleasing, but it must be functional and safe as well.  My specialty is to take a homeowner's concept and create a design that will look great, operate even better, and provide you with a lifetime of enjoyment!
